Take Care, Friends!

Today is the World Day of Remembrance for Traffic Victims observed the world over on the third Sunday of November each year as endorsed by the United Nations.

On this occasion, in public interest, please read my serious post in my other blog link below:

Take Care!

For some weekend fun, read my last post "Barack Dance" if you havent read it already!

Gopi, I went to you other blog... the description of someone's brains spilled on the road was too much for me to handle. Surely, you could have driven in the need for wearing a helmet without driving grey matter out!

Wear your helmets guys. If you still have doubts, go to Gopi's other blog. If you already have and wear one, stick to this page and take the pleasant risk of laughing your guts out.

Above all, remember that wearing a 'helmet' is necessary not just when you are riding a scooter; don't forget it in bed too!

Vinod, I wrote this article midnight of the incident 7th April 2008. I am trying to make up with humor posts ever since....
The Indian thali contains some pickles too...

Your today's article related to traffic victims is really good & touching.
By writing on a serious topic you have shown that you are a versatile writer.
I like your humurous articles but today's serious stuff was ultimate.
Thanks a lot & keep writing.

Prasad, I got many emails from strangers when this article appeared in MSN Contribute. They appreciated it for being written in public interest. But also wanted me to write something brighter and livelier. Thus began my journey to write humor - what an irony!

Rash driving is the order of the day what with gridlocked highways and bumper-to-bumper traffic. Timely post Gopinath ! I will read your post in the other blog and comment later.
